Wired subscription

I want to subscribe to Wired in print. But their subscribe page disappoints me. Look at the disparity: They charge $10 within the US, but internationally it is $70! Who in his sane mind would opt for such a subscription, even if he really wanted to.

You know you could do something. Ask a helpful friend/cousin in the US to pick up the issue for you every month and then bunch up a few and put them in a sea mail. Of course you should be willing to read up issues a bit late.

I catch up on their site instead—as I have been doing for years. But, Wired is one of those coffee table/bedside magazines that I’d love to read in paper—not on my computer. I wonder if I am one of the few that fancy such a thing.
