Today I’m spending my time ripping my dad’s old CD collection for his brand new Honda that came with a state of the art car stereo. I did one CD first, loading it up to the gills — about 144 tracks. He played’em. Now I got a full time job converting every disk he’s had, and, I am buried under a desk full of CDs that he wants me to rip. I’ll probably take the wind out of my twin burners tonight.

I’m using Exact Audio Copy combined with an external lame compression codec. I’ll take a nap while the drives go whizzing.
