Ten Golden Rules—Getting the most out of knowledge workers will be the key to business success for the next quarter century.

Oh this is a good one. How we crave for such an environment where creativity is not just appreciated on your face, but reflects what the company offers you in return. The cycle of give and take works like Yin and Yang. It is a balance of trust, hardwork, appreciation and reward. Those who do not realize this lose valuable employees sooner or later.

Update: A tangential thought: After this quarter century, do machines and AI take over?
