Sign your email

If there’s one benefit of having a domain based e-mail address, inspite of the goodness of Gmail, it’s the digital signature. A digital signature provides authenticity to your email message and spam filters tend to treat such messages with respect. So,  for all my important messages—and as a general rule while using my domain based e-mail account—I prefer to sign them with a digital signature.

    Although I use my private domain, I configured GMAIL to handle all my mail even from the private account. This is because I don’t know where I will be checking my mail from and also my hosting providers online e-mail interface isn’t feature-rich. But yes I am going to explore this digital signature thingie. Can it work without a POP3 client?
