Safari Windows textarea bug

I don’t know what it is, but Safari for Windows I think, is eating my text entered in the textarea. This happens whether I am writing a blog post, webmail or when I am commenting on some blog.

    similar problem when submitting textarea with double square brackets (or backslash or pipe or …) here.

    added this to webkit (safari html core) bugtracker at http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14165. hope this gets fixed, makes safari unusable for me …

    update: when changing windows keyboard settings from “belgian-dutch” to “US” the bug does not show. not a true workaround, but interesting nonetheless ..
