I have just one question to all the Dutch website owners: Don’t you want your site to be read by the rest of world, or even the large pool of expatriates that live and work in the Netherlands? Or understand and appreciate your rich and vibrant culture better? Or generate that extra business from someone that can only understand English? If you do, then why not design your site to be readable by English readers too?
