Primer

I watched Primer. Within the first half hour, Sneha got up to do her chores. That normally means boring or static scenes, too much emphasis on dialogue and too damn slow. But contrary to that perception, I’d say it’s an awesomely intelligent movie. Confusing at times about what exactly is happening, it took me a while to realize that this is some kind of a time travel with the main characters’ ability to do anything they’d want to do with their lives.

    I ran into this movie earlier this week and finally got around to watching it. It really confused me in parts, but I still really enjoyed it. Box Office Mojo lists this film as having a 7,000$ budget. I think they did one heck of a job with that kind of budget …

    It’s nice to see movies like this … that kind of break the whole hollywood cookie standard.
