When the entire world is going ga-ga-goo-goo about an iPhone, I just bought another iPod—the new shuffle this time =). (It’s fun, it’s pocketable and has no screen to scratch.)

Sour grapes? Well, not really. If I were a diehard pda-type, I’d have bought a Treo long ago. But I watch gadget freaks with a certain incredulous amazement. I see Apple has posted pictures from its NY store and others. Crazy.
