My machine refuses to load-up Firefox. What in the hell? A previous session auto-patched itself to 1.5.0.1, and it was just fine. I have 1.5G of RAM on my machine, so memory cannot be the problem. Still my CPU usage shows 99% for Firefox under the Windows Task Manager. I know I’m patched up to my neck as far as Windows security updates are concerned. The firewall is up as usual. In one other login, my Windows Explorer (File manager) continues to crash. I don’t seem to have contracted any virus, because I’m virtually on Gmail. I tried uninstalling Firefox, remove my profile, reinstall. Nothing. Still not responding and bottlenecking my *ucking UI.

This problem leaves me with my head scratching for a solution. I can’t tell if it is the Internet Explorer 7 Beta Preview 2 that’s causing this headache. But, it seems to be working fine on its own. I’m typing this out of Opera.

Anyone knows what’s happening?

Update [05.02.06]: I reloaded the image back. That involved backing-up, and fresh Windows updates and to get everything back in order.
