Today is the Indian equivalent of a Chinese or Roman New Year. Sneha and I were invited to attend a gathering of Maharashtrians celebrating the arrival of Indian New Year in Sophia, Mont Kiara. We met many of our friends: Kambles, Zankars, Zalkikars, Patils, quite a few acquaintances from our last visit and then some new friends and couples. It was a relaxing weekend Sunday afternoon to get-together, chat and relish some good food.

We had a good time.
