Faceoff
I’ve been getting this urge to start a private blog. It could be because I see so many nameless faceless people blogging without a care of the world expressing with an attitude of devil may care. On a site that points to an identity, there are certain unwritten rules - rules of being nice. If I do start a blog, it would be only to my eyes only and for the people that are very close to me. I was so much obsessed about the idea today that I’ve been reading stuff to prevent bots to track my site of the likes of say Googlebot.
Or may be, I’ll keep the private blog offline and to myself - but without missing the niceties of the tools that I use for a blog such as the Movabletype and wbloggar.
At work, I have this strong urge to convert everything that is hosted as Gateway to a complete cms or a Wiki based system. So far I’ve tried Mambo Open Source, Pivot, PHPWiki. I’m holding off my favorite Movabletype since the MT team is coming up with a latest and an optimized version soon.
