Putting-up pictures as a facet to let the viewers know that there are real people in flesh and blood behind the scenes, has always been a first on this site.
There were times when I wondered if this site was revealing too much. But I guess not, since I now ensure that most private posts stay private or password protected and are invisible to the web in general, unless logged-in by registered users. I generally don’t offer registration to the public, but only to family and very close friends.
So, with the privacy concerns taken care of, I thought I’d put a couple of pictures to reflect its persona as a private or personal space, in addition to some minor tweaking happening behind the scenes (in case you have noticed occasionally). The main page and my about page have gotten a bit of TLC with a couple of not very recent photographs added.
yup Chetan, i can definitely understand your concern. The argument can really go both ways and i guess its all abt. preference on how you want to keep your site. After all…its your site.
