After having some Turkish durum yesterday at Leidsenhage, we realized how delicious turkish food really is. We were mildly familiar with lebanese food like kyros kebab, but this is something.

Durum had a tingling pickle flavored sauce, spicy with chicken scrapes off the heating column, with some veggies and wrapped in a lebanese bread. You’ve got to try it, it is just fantastic.
