Cricket to Winamp? What’s the connection?

Sneha and I watch cricket. Hell, we love watching when India plays. You probably don’t know this, but watching your national sport away from your home country is not cheap, not by yards. For five one-day matches between India and Pakistan that’s going on right now, we’re shelling out about RM50, which is slightly over US$12 to Astro, our cable service provider. We know it’s a rip-off, but there isn’t much we can do. Now, don’t give us ideas.

How good is the quality of video streams? I’m tempted to give it a try :) 50RM is not a rip-off compared to Australian cable prices.

    $200! That’s not a rip-off, well, I don’t have any word for it. It would probably be rip-naked =)

Well, it does work. Quality is not bad. I average about 40fps.
