Calendaring
I have never used a Calendar application before. Just like I never wrote a personal diary before I started blogging. Google is changing me again. And yes, I will now be using Google Calendar full time. Thanks to its integration with Gmail, I can now get reminders by email. No reminders lost, no birthdays forgotten.
On a sidenote, I wonder why Google is not in the business of domain hosting. If I was in the business of aggregating world’s information—not to mention making money on the side—I’d definitely be in the business of hosting websites.
Update: On why not until now: Well, even though my cellphone boasts some great features for reminders and contacts, I’m ill-at-ease when it comes typing on cellphones. I did fancy Handspring a few years ago, but never could make up my mind to own one when I weighed the pros and cons. A PDA always appeared to be a lot more of a hassle when it came to entering data.
I have lost my data twice on the HP PDA due to low battery issues and hence decided that the PDA is not where I would store my important appointments and contacts… PDA are just plain unreliable.
Apr 14, 06 at 17:25I agree. I am not much of a calendar person either but Google Calendar is nifty.

Patrix: Looks pretty good. Douglas Bowman stuff, no less.
