I have been too flabbergasted to react to this news from home as BlogSpot, TypePad and Geocities were kicked-off the Indian airwaves, over the weekend, apparently to curtail certain sites with inciting content.

It is nice to see people actively voicing against this wrong-doing and fighting for freedom of expression and working against the ban.

To me, the ban is not a cure to anything, it’s just a blanket. And it doesn’t work. Some people are learning this the hard way.

Update: The ban is being lifted in 48 hours.
