Bike for show and tell

Aaryana was allowed to get parental help for her show and tell session in school. She chose to tell about her bike. The prerequisite for this was that students needed to draw the object they’d be using to show and tell.

I started with free-hand and, that began to look wobbly with wheels not ‘looking’ like wheels at all. (Notice the initial construction lines.) So, I decided to ditch the kiddy type sketching and bring on a little of what I learnt in my first year engineering drawing.

Looks a bit messy—a few minor details like the support wheels or the reflectors — that we used to dress-up — are missing, but I guess, it should be okay.

Was SketchUp used for this too? :)

No, it was purely a pencil (H and 2B), circle-template and eraser work, all of the real kind :).
