Aaryana’s concert in school

Sneha and I went to see Aaryana’s concert in school today. It was a mix of song and dance by the little ones in the age group of 4 to 6 3 to 5. We were happy to see Aaryana’s first performance in school along with her friends. I took an hour’s break from office this morning for the event, and put-up the extra hour after 6pm for the lost time at work.

The kids had a wonderful time doing their gig. And so did we as parents.

Hi there Chetan! I can see you guys had a blast, nice to see parents participating on their kids activities.

As a side note, what kind of camera are you using? I am not sure if it is the camera, or the postprocessing you are doing _or_ the fact that you are forcing size on the image (making it smaller than actually is) but it does looks terrible. I can barely see faces and the jpeg compression artifact is everywhere. Are you seeing what I am seeing or is it my computer only?

Hi David, I see what you mean. My bad. It’s not I think the picture, but my image sizing to fit within the layout width from the Flickr size that’s distorting the view. That’s the problem, I think. I use a Canon A80. Gives me decent pictures.

I think I should get a correct resize instead of resizing in the img tag =). I’m getting lazier =). Thanks, David.
