The flock has landed

Fri, 21 Oct 2005 at 11:28 • Filed under Browser

FlockThe Developer version of Flock is now available for download. Flock makes viewing pictures, bookmarking, tagging and instant blogging so easy. Posting this one via Flock. It also has a sanitized feed view. Nice. I don’t like the trailing break tag in blog post editor (viewed in source) though. I thought an built within a web 2.0 browser would have thrown the br tag out by now. This must be probably to let Blogger play nice. For now, source edit for blog posts.

For a 0.5pre release, it’s looking extremely good. Great work guys.

Update: Oh I forgot, there’s a surprise free package built-in: you get a free wordpress.com sign-up from within.

No, I’m not the one giving out the invites. Flock has a built-in feature that allows you to sign-up for a wordpress.com blog. So download and begin using it =)
